(Special review) by a Non-Smoker… A non-smoker at the Crush and Roll. Crazy, I know, to choose to be surrounded by cigar smoke for two straight days but I’m so glad I did! Paso Robles Wine Country was a beautiful backdrop and the weather could not have been more perfect. On Friday, we spent time at the fairgrounds and met aficionados from across the state. Even though I couldn’t always follow the cigar lingo, each person I met was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. It was evident that everyone there loved smoking cigars and the classy but laid-back lifestyle it offers. The party kept rolling right on through Saturday, and along with some good food and wine, I was able to really grow in appreciation for the cigar community. So, even if you don’t smoke, this event is definitely a great event to attend…just bring your eye drops and, who knows, you might even leave with a cigar of your own. Kacey Bradley-Gooch
