New Development Vice-President of Habanos, S.A.
We are pleased to announce that in the SHAREHOLDERS MEETING ofCorporación Habanos, S.A. carried out on May 4th, 2017 was appointed Mr. José María López Inchaurbe as Development Vicepresident in replacing on the position of Mr Javier Terrés de Ercilla.
José María López Inchaurbe (Chema) is an agricultural engineer who started on Corporación Habanos, S.A. in the year 2000 coming from the Tabacalera Company, where he occupied the responsibility as financing controller. Between the years 2003-2007 he held the position of Finance Vicepresident in Diadema spa, Exclusive Distributor for Habanos, S.A. in Italy. On 2007, he returned to Habanos, S.A. as southern Europe and Mediterranean market supervisor. Since 2011 till now he was on the position of Strategic Marketing Director.
Javier Terrés de Ercilla, held his position in the last 17 years as Development Vicepresident, he will get new responsabilities within the Premium Cigar Division from Imperial Tobacco Company.
