Alec Bradley Cigar Co. Announces the Global Release of Project 40 Maduro

Take Control of Your Happiness, Again!

Fort Lauderdale, FL (October 15, 2020)
Alec Bradley Cigar Co. today announced the Global Release of the Alec Bradley Project 40 Maduro- the second cigar line in the ‘Experimental Series’ and a follow up to the critically acclaimed Project 40 line of cigars (Project 40 received a 93 Rating and Top 25 ‘Cigar of the Year’ nod from Cigar Aficionado, as well, the line garnered similar scores and accolades from Cigar Dojo, Cigar Coop and Halfwheel). Project 40 Maduro continues to represent Alec Bradley founder, Alan Rubin’s belief that cigars create a positive impact on both mind and body.

“The dark and rich Project 40 Maduro is another opportunity for Alec Bradley to enhance a positive experience through the tradition of cigar smoking,” Alan Rubin said. “Premium cigar enthusiasts truly accepted the original Project 40 cigar line and the underlying concept that it demonstrates. Project 40 Maduro is the next chapter of the story.”

‘Project 40’ is the name for a scientific concept used to help determine and influence a person’s mindfulness and happiness. The calming effects of premium cigars are rewarding to aficionados and lead to relaxation and the feeling of being in control.

Rubin contends that a cigar, with a proper blend and value proposition, is the key to taking control of your happiness.

Working off that theory, Project 40 Maduro was blended using curated tobaccos from San Andreas, Nicaragua and Brazil and will retail for less than $7 per cigar (before applicable taxes)!

The medium-plus bodied Project 40 Maduro features a lush maduro wrapper from San Andreas, Brazilian Habano binder and all Nicaraguan filler.

Project 40 Maduro is being presented in handsome white, maroon and gold, 24 count boxes featuring the ‘Alec Bradley’ and ‘Project 40 Maduro’ logos and will be available in 3 sizes. The vitolas are named after their dimensions – 05.50 (MSRP $5.75 per cigar), 06.52 (MSRP $6.25 per cigar) and 06.60 (MSRP $6.50 per cigar). All prices are US before any applicable taxes. Alec Bradley Project 40 Maduro is being produced at J Fuego Cigar Co De Nicaragua in Esteli. Project 40 Maduro will begin shipping to Tobacconists globally in November.
