Alec Bradley Cigar Co. Now Shipping 10 Year Anniversary Fine & Rare Sets

The First Boxes Featuring 5 Iterations of the Fine & Rare Blends to Arrive at US Tobacconists
 
Fort Lauderdale, FL (December 18, 2020) Alec Bradley Cigar Co. announced today that the first boxes of the 10 Year Anniversary Fine & Rare sets will soon be arriving to tobacconists in the United States. In total, 500 limited edition boxes were created.

Ten years ago, Alec Bradley founder, Alan Rubin introduced the world to the Alec Bradley Fine & Rare. More than just a cigar, Fine & Rare was a novel concept and challenge for Rubin to create blends using an unheard of 10 different tobaccos. To date, Alec Bradley has released five different iterations of the project. The 10 Year Anniversary Fine & Rare sets feature examples of all five iterations from their original release years.

Rubin noted that due to Covid-19 work stoppages and logistical issues caused by the devastating hurricanes that hit Central America over the last few months, Alec Bradley was only able to bring the sets into the United States at this time. The company’s international distribution partners were notified that their allotments would arrive at a later date.  

 Each Fine & Rare Commemorative Ltd. Edition Release box will contain:
– 5 Cigars: Release Year: 2014. Series Name: TA25A. Size 54 X 7 Figurado
– 5 Cigars- Release Year: 2016. Series Name: HJ10-i. Size: 52 X 6 Toro
– 5 Cigars: Release Year: 2017. Series Name: BR12-13. Size 52 X 6 Torpedo
– 5 Cigars: Release Year: 2018. Series Name: JRS10=(86). Size 52 X 6 ½ Toro
– 5 Cigars: Release Year: 2019. Series Name: HOF/506. Size 54 X 6 ¼ Boxed Pressed Toro
– Special Undisclosed Item
 
All of the cigars contained in the box have been in aging and are from the original batch- specific to release year. The Alec Bradley Fine & Rare 10 Year Anniversary set will retail for $600. 

Fine & Rare is artfully created at Alec Bradley’s critically acclaimed Raices Cubanas Factory in Danlí, Honduras. Raices Cubanas produces, among others, the 96 Rated Alec Bradley Prensado Churchill- Cigar Aficionado “Cigar of the Year 2011” and the 94 Rated Alec Bradley Tempus Natural Centuria- Cigar Aficionado “#5 Cigar of the Year 2017”.

Project 40 Maduro is the follow up to the critically acclaimed Project 40 line of cigars. The medium-plus bodied blend features a San Andreas wrapper, Brazilian Habano binder and all Nicaraguan fillers. The vitolas are named after their dimensions – 05.50 (MSRP $5.75 per cigar), 06.52 (MSRP $6.25 per cigar) and 06.60 (MSRP $6.50 per cigar). All prices are US before any applicable taxes. Alec Bradley Project 40 Maduro is being produced at J Fuego Cigar Co De Nicaragua in Esteli. Project 40 Maduro will begin shipping to Tobacconists globally in November.
