The Prominente is a 6½x48 grand corona vitola, and can only be ordered while on the show floor. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper, an Ecuadorian binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, with some of the latter classified as medio tiempo leaves, a high priming that is only found on some of a crop’s plants, and which are known for their distinctive strength and flavor.
