Habanos, S.A. is pleased to announce the celebration of Cohiba’s 55th Anniversary in La Habana, Cuba, onSeptember 7th-9th, 2022. After a year of waiting due to the pandemic health situation, Cohiba, Habanos’ most emblematic and prestigious brand, will celebrate its 55 years of history and success with a program full of surprises for aficionados of what is considered the world’s best tobacco.
The program of activities for Cohiba’s 55th Anniversary Event will begin on September 6th with an exclusive reception for the press to be held at the Grand Packard Hotel.
The welcome evening, which is expected to attract around 1,000 people, will take place on September 7th at the El Laguito Protocol Room. On September 8th, the famous El Laguito Factory, the cradle of Cohiba, will be visited. And theGala Dinner at the Pabexpo Fairgrounds on September 9th,will be the perfect finishing touch.
A celebration full of luxury, exclusivity and passion for the Cohiba brand of Habanos during which the Habanos 2020 and 2021 Awards will be presented in their different categories. It will culminate with an auction of very special humidors, the proceeds of which will be entirely donated to the Cuban Public Health System.
