The Blaze Report

Appearance:

This nice shaped cigar had a slightly crisp cedar pre-light flavor with a silky smooth, evenly colored wrapper with a sharp earthiness as well.

1st Third:

A slightly snug draw with a slot of full flavored smoke through.  Some cocoa notes along with a lot of spices through the nose and a creamy texture on the palate.  Some noticeable oils with a slight veiny appearance.

2nd Third:

Right away the cigar provided a huge aroma that filled the room with a very rich tobacco notes and some earthy cocoa tones. Extremely creamy texture on the palate with a nice spiciness through the nose that quickly intensified.

Final Third:

Medium-full body with a very long and full finish.  Creamy texture on the palate with spices through the nose. Consistent sweet undertones on the palate with some woody notes that developed later on.

Making the Grade

Final Thoughts:

A bold, rich character leaves a lasting impression on the palate.  Very dense, chewy smoke.  Overall a very well made medium-bodied cigar with the flavor to match.  Very tasty and effortless to enjoy with a great construction and an easygoing, yet flavorful profile.  An extremely well made cigar.
