La Aroma de Cuba Cigar
La Aroma de Cuba was a turn of the century brand made famous in part by Winston Churchill who characterized the cigar as one of his favorites. The new La Aroma de Cuba is completely different but once smoked, its flavor and aroma will remind you of a taste from another era.
Ashton Cigars are very proud to introduce to you the new and improved La Aroma de Cuba! Now handmade in Nicaragua by the Garcia family, the new LADC features gorgeous chocolaty Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers and a rich, spicy blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos. For the past 18 months, La Aroma de Cuba has been working very closely with the Garcia family to bring this new cigar to fruition. They believe that it will successfully improve the flavor and quality of the cigar without compromising the richness and spiciness that loyal LADC smokers have relished for years.
A very dark chocolate oily wrapper with minimum vines from the foot to the cap. A sweet and very nice earthy smell before pre-light. Once lit it had a very smooth draw that gave a lot of thick and creamy smoke through to the palate. Full flavors some unique spices and earthiness. Complex, well balanced with great characters. Medium body and well-made and a pleasure to smoke.
