BOND ROBERTS

A new and exciting cigar exchange platform for cigar collectors.

We’re delighted to announce the launch of BondRoberts.com, a new and exciting online cigar exchange for cigar collectors to trade in aged, rare and vintage Cuban cigars by auction. The platform will go live on 16th March.

Bond Roberts is a joint venture partnership between James J Fox London and Dublin and Friends of Habanos which is one of the world’s most popular online cigar forums.

Our Managing Director Rob Fox and Friends of Habanos CEO Rob Ayala have developed a close friendship during their careers in the Cuban handmade cigar market. They, and indeed all of us, share a common goal – to approach the market from a cigar lover’s perspective. The idea behind this new initiative is to remove bottlenecks in the market for collectable Cuban cigars and to facilitate consumer participation. Provenance and trust are the big issues facing this market, and we are delighted our collaboration addresses these issues by harnessing our partnership’s combined market knowledge and resources with new technology and the power of social networks to establish a secure and easy way for cigar collectors to engage in the marketplace and with each other on a 24/7 basis.

Bond Roberts evolves from FOHAuctions.com which has successfully auctioned over 1,000 boxes of aged, rare and vintage Cuban cigars amongst 20,000 registered Friends of Habanos members since its launch in May 2019.

James J Fox and Friends of Habanos private locker clients are invited to offer cigars for sale from their personal collections on BondRoberts.com from 16th March.

If you do not store your cigars in our London or Dublin stores, or with Friends of Habanos, but you would like a secure an easy way to access the global market for aged, rare and vintage Cuban cigars then www.bondroberts.com will be open to receive your registration and seller application from 16th March 2020.
