· The virtual event that has been able to bring together more than 9.000 aficionados united by the same passion: the Habano.
A meeting dedicated mainly to Cohiba, the most prestigious brand of premium cigar in the world, which counted with congratulations from important personalities of culture, music and the Habanos world.
The 1st Habanos World Days in history has come to an end after 3 days full of activities for premium cigar enthusiasts, mainly Habanos, all over the world.
This event, with more than 9.000 registered users from more than 140 countries, 200 press media and more than 75.000 visits during these 3 days has shown that, in the current context, we can be more connected than ever and share a great love for the same passion.
For three days, those attending to the 1st Habanos World Days enjoyed a full program of activities and were able to visit the Habanos virtual stand where a special Humidor designed in commemoration of Cohiba’s 55th anniversary was announced, which will be auctioned off at the Gala Dinner of the 23rd Habanos Festival in 2022.
During the evening, the nominees for the prestigious 2020 Habanos Awards, which recognize outstanding personalities for their work in the Communication, Business and the Production categories, were announced. The winners will be announced, as every year, at the Gala Dinner of the next Habanos Festival.
In addition, the winning aficionados of the online version of the Habanos World Challenge International Contest were announced. The first place went to Alberto Mirabal, based on in the United Kingdom, who will attend the next Habanos Festival as a special guest.
The Habanos World Days comes to an end, but the platform will remain open for 30 days with all contents available 24 hours a day for all those who were unable to attend or missed some of the exclusive contents presented during this event. A unique opportunity for all aficionados and professionals of the premium tobacco sector could live a unique virtual experience.
