T.L. Johnson Cigar Company and T.L. Johnson Distributors Integrated into Puros Dominicana, SRL
Brand Consolidation and Strategic Leadership Announced
T.L. Johnson Cigar Company and T.L. Johnson Distributors have officially ceased operations as individual entities. Their operations, assets, and brand identities have been integrated into Puros Dominicana, SRL, a premium cigar manufacturer based in the Dominican Republic and a subsidiary of Domusa Tobacco Group, SRL.
As part of this transition, the cigar brands T.L. Johnson, Counsellor, The Divide, and Puros TLJ will now operate exclusively under the Puros Dominicana portfolio. These brands will continue to reflect the legacy and quality long associated with T.L. Johnson.
T.L. Johnson will remain an integral part of the new organizational structure, continuing as CEO and Master Blender for
Puros Dominicana, while also serving as Head of Tobacco Farming and Production for Domusa Tobacco Group, SRL. His
ongoing leadership ensures continuity of vision, blending philosophy, and commitment to quality.
To strengthen distribution and service within the U.S. market, Impeccable Smokes, LLC will take over all U.S. distribution and
wholesale operations. This division will be led by Brad Closson, CEO of Impeccable Smokes, bringing a renewed focus on
market expansion and customer experience.
This strategic alignment positions Puros Dominicana and Domusa Tobacco Group for long-term growth, ensuring the
continued success and legacy of the T.L. Johnson brands across global markets.
