Sons of Anarchy cigar by Black Crown Cigars “Fear The Reaper”

Brand History:

This special edition handmade cigar is inspired by AMC’s award-winning television series, Sons of Anarchy. New from the makers of Black Crown it takes your palate on an exciting, epic ride.

Collaboration between Black Crown and the Sons of Anarchy teams, spawned this zesty concoction, considered the gritty brother of the Black Crown blend. Although bold, this limited blend still presents a smooth experience any enthusiast or aficionado will appreciate.

The cigar has a dark hearty wrapper with a heavy pre-light aroma. Sweet earthy and cocoa notes from the wrapper as well.

Journey Profile:

1st quarter: An extremely smooth draw revealed thick clouds of creamy smoke with hints of sweet and subtle spice undertones. Spices were very forward through the nose with nutty notes.   2nd quarter: Woody and awe-inspiring cocoa notes. Plenty of rich, full flavored smoke through to the palate.   3rd quarter: Medium body with a very long and full flavor. Creamy texture on the palate with pronounced spice through the nose.   4th quarter: Full flavors continued well into development with intensity as the cigar was smoked. Very smooth characters that were bold and full with luring aroma.

Final Thoughts:

Complex, but doesn’t overshadow the enjoyment. Ending at an almost full-body in strength with full flavors on the finish. Overall a very well made cigar with a type of Hollywood A-list power and flavor to match.   A cigar that was effortless and joyous to smoke.
